Back in the Norwegian test lab it soon became clear where the bad adhesiveness came from.
One of Europes leading brands in professional workwear complained about seam sealing tapes that did not stick to the surface of the textile, causing leakage in rainy weather.
LOXYS R&D team first spent 2 weeks in the production plant to figure out what was causing the inconsistency of the products.
Back in the Norwegian test lab it became clear that shifting quality of the supplied fabrics was the reason for bad adhesiveness.
The solution was new requirement specifications for supplied fabrics and education of staff involved in design & production, resulting in consistent, high quality, products.
