In accordance with the Norwegian Transparency Act, set to take effect on July 1st, 2022, LOXY is committed to reducing the risk of human rights violations and ensuring decent working conditions in its own activities, value chain, and partnerships. Additionally, the Act is intended to provide access to information.
Corporate Social Responsibility
LOXY consists of manufacturing and selling reflective and reflective garments for the clothing industry, seam sealing tape, transfer logos, polymer film products for the pharmaceutical industry for the global market as well as wool products for professional and private consumers. LOXY is located in Norway, Sweden, Poland, China, Germany and the USA. LOXY refrains from any involvement in human rights violations, environmental degradation, and corruption, either directly or through its business relationships. The extent of such violations will determine how LOXY will handle the situation. We strive to collect information from our vendors and subcontractors regarding their management of the negative outcomes, which have been evaluated during the due diligence assessment. The LOXY Code of Conduct, which can be accessed from this link, outlines our duties and expectations towards our suppliers and partners. It describes commitments and requirements regarding compliance and ethical business practices and personal conduct. At LOXY, we take measures to identify, stop, and reduce any potential or existing adverse impacts, and document how these effects were addressed. The amount and type of due diligence evaluations differ depending on the size of the company/projects, the overall level of risk, and any other special factors that apply to each particular project. At LOXY, we also strive to involve stakeholders in their policy or decision-making process. Furthermore, we are concerned with creating opportunities for job creation and training for our employees, while prioritizing a positive relationship with personnel. In addition, LOXY always employ effective methods and principles when it comes to corporate governance. The assessments that are carried out must be in line with OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
Expectations to suppliers and subcontractors
LOXY insists that every action should adhere to the UN standards of human rights. The same principle applies to LOXY’s suppliers and subcontractors. Once a year, LOXY distributes a questionnaire to all major vendors to detect any negative effects of the company’s operations. You can submit the form here. As of April 2023, we have not revealed any actual negative consequences or significant risk of negative consequences from our business. If negative consequences or risks are discovered, we will process this in accordance with LOXY’s internal guidelines. LOXY acquires its goods from many different countries’ suppliers, who can either source them from other suppliers or directly from the manufacturer. Several of our major suppliers indicate the origin of each item, and the remaining suppliers should be able to provide the country of origin when requested. Our suppliers may be based in one country, but their goods can come from all over the world. It is important to ensure that the goods, purchased from these suppliers, meet the quality requirements of LOXY and its customers. To do this, it is necessary to research the subcontractors of our suppliers in order to confirm the origin and quality of the goods they are providing. By doing this, we can ensure that the goods we are purchasing are up to our standards and of the highest quality.

Åpenhetsloven
I henhold til åpenhetsloven, som trådte i kraft 1.juli 2022, er Loxy forpliktet til å bidra til å redusere menneskerettighetsbrudd og å sikre anstendige arbeidsforhold i egen virksomhet og hos våre samarbeidspartnere, samt sikre allmenheten tilgang på informasjon.
Virksomheten til Loxy består i å drive produksjon og salg av refleks og refleksplagg til konfeksjonsindustrien, sømforseglingstape og plastfolier, transfer logoer, samt klesprodukter i 100% norsk ull. Loxy opererer på det globale markedet.
Loxy er lokalisert i Norge, Sverige, Polen, Kina, Tyskland og USA.
Loxy tar sterk avstand fra menneskerettighetsbrudd, miljøforringelse og korrupsjon, enten direkte eller gjennom våre forretningsforbindelser. Dette er forankret i Loxy Code of Conduct (last ned her) som beskriver våre forpliktelser og krav til leverandører og samarbeidspartnere når det gjelder overholdelse av retningslinjer og etisk forretningspraksis. Vurderingene som gjennomføres er i tråd med OECDs retningslinjer for multinasjonale foretak. Loxy insisterer på at enhver handling er i tråd med FNs standarder for menneskerettigheter. Dette samme gjelder for Loxy’s leverandører og underleverandører.
Loxy har leverandører i mange land, som igjen har sine underleverandører og produsenter. Flere av våre leverandører oppgir automatisk opprinnelsesland, og de resterende skal kunne oppgi dette på forespørsel. Det er viktig å sikre at varene vi kjøper fra våre leverandører oppfyller Loxy’s kvalitetskrav. Dette gjelder også for underleverandører. Videre er vi opptatt av å skape muligheter og opplæring for våre ansatte, i tillegg til et trygt og godt forhold til våre ansatte.
Loxy har iverksatt tiltak for å identifisere, stoppe og å redusere eventuelt potensielle eller eksisterende skadevirkninger som følge av brudd på retningslinjene, samt å dokumentere utfall av dette. Loxy distribuerer derfor årlig et spørreskjema til alle vesentlige leverandører for å avdekke eventuelle negative konsekvenser av virksomheten. Resultatene blir fortløpende evaluert. Rutinen gjelder større virksomheter som gjør forretninger med Loxy og som leverer varer og tjenester til Loxy.
Loxy har per april 2023 ikke avdekket noen faktiske negative konsekvenser eller vesentlig risiko for negative konsekvenser av vår virksomhet. Dersom det avdekkes negative konsekvenser eller risiko for det, vil vi behandle dette i henhold til Loxys interne retningslinjer.
