Petter Nordli appointed CEO of Loxy Group
Loxy Group is strengthening its leadership structure through a planned transition. Effective January 1, 2026, Petter Nordli will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), while current CEO and owner Stig Nordli will transition to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This change is part of a strategic evolution to ensure continuity, structure, and further professionalization within Loxy Group.
“Loxy has experienced strong growth in recent years, and we are now entering a new phase. By establishing a clearer division of responsibilities between operations and strategic leadership, we are strengthening the group’s ability to grow internationally,” says Björn Yrlid, Chairman of the Board at Loxy Group.
Experienced leader with international background
Petter Nordli comes from the role of COO at Loxy Group and brings extensive experience from international industry and commercial leadership.

Continuity in operational leadership
As COO, Stig Nordli will continue to play a central role in daily operations, focusing on operational quality, production, and the group’s strategic key processes.
