LOXY® REFLECTIVE MATERIAL – 19401 NC/OB

LOXY® REX 19401 NC/OB are our two segmented reflective heat transfer tape. The tapes are known for their adaptability to a wide range of application temperatures. That’s why they are well-suited for heat-sensitive fabrics commonly used in workwear or functional garments without loosing its industrial washing properties.

Method of Application:

Heat Transfer method, detailed instructions for application can be found in the corresponding section of the “LOXY® Product Guide,” providing specific guidance for proper application techniques.

The application data below is for application on reference fabrics at Loxy® and is a general recommendation. For specific application data and textile / fabric please contact Loxy® for assistance.

  • Application temperature: 150-180 °C / 302-340 °F
  • Pressure: 3-5 kg/cm2 / 4.4-11 lb/cm2
  • Application time: 10-15 seconds

Handing and storage

In general, store reflective tapes in cool and dry places. Please see “LOXY® Product Guide”. Proper inventory control will ensure that your tape maintains optimal shelf life (up to 2 years).

Recommended care instructions

General washing advice according to “LOXY® Product Guide”, domestic washing. Also applicable for industrial approach, gentle treatment.

Domestic wash: Max 60°C, duration 60 minutes.
Refer to detergent manufacturer for right dosage and products for your water hardness.
Industrial wash: Max 75°C, ISO 15797, table 4.8
Tumble drying: Max 90°C, outlet

Dry cleaning: Perchloroethylene recommended.
Ironing: Medium iron, not steam.
Bleach: Not recommended.
