Aleksandra Zielinska — Senior Order & HR Coordinator at LOXY Poland

Aleksandra Zielinska, known as “Ola” to colleagues and customers, has been part of the LOXY Poland team for over a decade. She primarily works with Polish clients but also serves customers internationally — handling orders via email, telephone, and in-person visits to the Rumia office.

“Most of our customers place their orders via email or telephone. Some of them, in fact, come into our office in Rumia to make their orders over the desk,” Aleksandra explains with a smile.

In addition to order processing and customer service at LOXY Poland, Aleksandra handles HR-related responsibilities: monthly payroll settlements, vacation records, and employment contracts. “My tasks at LOXY Poland are quite diverse, making each day a little different.”

Aleksandra lives in Rumia with her husband and two children.

Beata Bona — International Customer Service & Product Specialist at LOXY Poland

Beata Bona is LOXY Poland’s link to customers across the world. Her Italian customers often simply call her “Bona” — a nod to her warm, approachable style that resonates across cultures.

Beata joined LOXY Poland’s order office four years ago. “At first, it was challenging because there was so much to learn,” she explains. “There are many types of reflective tape, and seam-sealing tape is becoming more and more popular. I’m grateful for my colleagues in Poland and Norway who helped me understand our market and products.”

Today, Beata is also responsible for handling orders for LOXY Poland’s hi-vis product range, including safety vests which is an important part of the company’s offering for clients in industries where workplace safety and compliance are critical.

In addition to handling international orders, she also maintains the internal document management system to process invoices and financial documents, prepares product quotes, monitors outstanding payments from international customers, and coordinates worldwide shipments.

Beata and her son live in Gdynia, a modern coastal city popular with students and visitors, located just a short distance from Rumia.

Agnieszka Łubocka — International Customer Service & Product Specialist at LOXY Poland

Our order service team in Poland plays a key role in ensuring smooth, reliable service for our customers — and we’re proud to introduce one of our newest members: Agnieszka “Aga” Łubocka.

Aga joined LOXY Poland in July last year, bringing solid experience in customer service, shipping, and logistics. Her comprehensive understanding of the full order process, from initial customer request through to delivery, makes her a strong addition to the team.

She also brings valuable ERP system knowledge, with hands-on experience in Subject, the local ERP platform used in Poland. This positions Aga as an important connector between international order handling, logistics operations, and internal coordination at LOXY Poland. She primarily works with international clients handling orders via e-mail or telephone. She is often responsible for shipping our products to the farthest corners of the world.

Aga lives in Mrzezino — a small village near the sea and the Hel Peninsula with her husband, 2 kids and two dogs.
